A passionate Early Childhood Educator with over a decade of experience teaching young children, planning internationally inspired curriculum, leading teams of teachers, conducting parent workshops during her 3 year journey as core team member at KA EduAssociates, Riddhi’s ultimate career dream as Founder of Ikigai Global Prep School, Mumbai, is to redefine the current preschool education landscape in the country, allowing for child- directed, inquiry-based, open-ended learning.
Mindfulness, kindness, music, movement, pretend-play, story-telling, using the outdoors as a natural learning environment, play-based pedagogy and bringing about innovations in curriculum development in the preschool arena are her areas of strength, expertise and passion.
