With over two decades of experience in the International teaching space, Anuradha describes herself as a ‘free-spirit academic ‘who believes in ‘child first’ moto. She believes in quality learning – teaching in the classrooms that she has led.
Equipped with a Doctorate in Polymer Chemistry, she was a senior college faculty at Sophia college, from there she moved to work with some of Mumbai’s leading international schools affiliated to the International Baccalaureate programme. Over the years, she has transitioned from the role of teacher, to leading a school to be a teacher – mentor and trainer. As a trainer and consultant, the three ‘C’s’ that drive her are Curriculum Designing, Cognitive and Conceptual learning.
She truly believes in being a ‘life-long learner’ and having said that has recently completed the ‘Creating cultures of thinking’ (CCOT) and ‘Visible thinking routines’ programme from Harvard Graduate school of education. She is also NABET- Quality Control India trained assessor for school audits and carries out school audits and improvement programmes.
