Riddhi Shah

The right mix of qualification and experience, coupled with strong research skills and an enduring passion for early Childhood Education fuels Riddhi’s role as the Chief Academic Officer at Agarkar Centre of Excellence (ACE). A qualified career counsellor from the University of California (UCLA), Los Angeles, Riddhi enjoys coaching parents, teachers and students.

 

Riddhi’s role as an Educational Consultant and Curriculum expert at ACE involves developing different national & international curriculums, training teachers for skills upgradation, developing policies and guiding school teams for success and growth.

 

A Mumbai University gold medalist, Riddhi has extensive work experience in the education space from leading a pre-primary section of a school to being an integral part of India’s leading management and research institute. Having successfully qualified the UGC NET exams, she has previously also worked as a lecturer at one of South Mumbai’s prominent colleges for Human Development.

 

Riddhi’s core strength area has been her ability to strategize, operationalize and problem solve. In her role as a mentor and advisor to teachers, she emphasizes on the need for incorporating hands-on, progressive, global approaches in the 21st century classrooms!
